Post show sale at littlerubberguys.com

B Movies Toys are still up a Littlerubberguys.com and I'm running a post show sale. 5 out of the 8 are remaining. You can check the post here  (Edit: You need an account on Littlerubberguys.com for link to work proper) for all the gory details and respond in the thread to grab one for $10 + shipping. Check the pics in the B toys ready to go thread here on the blog to see if there's a particular one you want.
This sale will run for a bit but I might pull it to make sure I have some for the next local show.

Also here's a sneak peek at the newest Cthulhu Mighty Mugg in early progress. Thinking about presenting this to a local gallery when it's all said and done before dropping it on eBay as promised to a handful of people who were interested.

Imperfecz "B toys" ready to go!

These are my B Movies Toys!!!
The idea here is to make a toy tribute to B Movies.... the low budget tie in is these are dollar store army men... cheap toys. Depending on the reception I would like to do some more B movie tribute toys down the road.
For now we have these 8 Cheap Crappy Zombie Toys
This set is going to be released at a small venue toy show this coming Saturday, but there's a pre sale going on over at Littlerubberguys.com (EDIT: Just realized this link doesn't work great if you aren't signed into an account on Littlerubberguys.com so do that first) so get over there and look in the Member Blog section for a thread with the same title as this post. Reply in that thread if you want one of these before they go up locally with the remains going for auction on eBay. Haven't set a price point with these guys yet but the pre order price will be $25 so check Littlerubberguys for the full details and a chance to pick one of these now!

Here's some shots to hold you over till the main course!

B Movie Love....

Growing up in a time of Planet of the Apes, Godzilla, Harryhausen, Flash Gordon, various wonderful 50s era Sci-Fi movies, and a boatload of cartoons before that to fill Saturdays... moving on to graduate to a love for a mix of the same with plenty of Monty Python and B movies for a good while there to cultivate into fond memories and fuel for creations for years to come.
This is where my head is at as I think of ways to take others back to those mornings, afternoons, evenings and eventually late nights watching great bad movies and sometimes just plain bad movies....
The Nailgun Massacre
"Because it's cheaper"
A period of feeding on all the zombie movies you could find & watching them one after another sometimes multiple in a day...
When I look back at the "Night of the Living Dead" "Bad Taste" "Evil Dead" I see a common thread. People using what they had available to them (normally very little funding or resources) and pouring their heart and every ounce of creativity into their work.
The best way I could think of to pay tribute to a good part of what helped form my creative bents is to pick up some of the cheapest made toys I could find and pour every ounce of painting technique and skills I might have into making zombies out of them. The first run will be coming out before too long and will feature 8 unfortunate victims.
Also working on a new Cthulhu Mighty Mugg that will blow the last one out of the water!

Stay tuned for more on these pieces soon....

For now pick up something from the snack bar on your way out.

Limited Cthulhu 1.2 hits eBay

Alright I just put 10 of the Cthulhu 1.2 on eBay with free shipping.... basically $5 off the store price so I can reach a slightly larger audience & make him available to the rest of the world... well you know the handful of people who aren't cool enough to find this hole in the wall blog.

So yeah if you haven't picked up your Cthulhu 1.2 yet.... you can get one a bit cheaper for now. There are 10 up so this offer will be up until those guys sell... or I get another bug & just pull the listing.

What are you waiting for? Go now!

12 Inch Resin Snigator Claw! He's up on eBay now!!

This is the second cast I've done of this piece. The original was a commissioned piece that was supposed to be a 12" version of the wildly popular 153 Claw from M.U.S.C.L.E. fame here in the states & Kinkeshi where it originated in Japan... ended up being a little bigger than that. The first cast went up for sale as a board auction on the littlerubberguys.com message board, this time I figured I would go ahead and drop it on eBay to make it a little more available for everyone else. You can read about the whole saga of this creation here.  And you can bid on this monster here!

Well enough talk, here's a little pic to wet your whistle....
